Kuron is currently in pre-launch / waitlist. Site content describes intended product capabilities and may change before general availability.

Waitlist access does not guarantee a launch date, pricing lock, feature set, or invitation.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful or harmful content, and no impersonation.

Provide accurate information on forms. You are responsible for activity under your email address.

Kuron name, mark, site design, and content are owned by Kuron / SalesRobot or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

THE SITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuron and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD $100.

You will indemnify Kuron and affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
