Data Processing Addendum

Kuron is in waitlist / pre-launch. This page outlines how we intend to treat customer personal data once paid product processing begins.

If you need a signed DPA for enterprise evaluation, email us and we will share the current draft.

For waitlist marketing: Kuron is typically the controller of the contact data you submit.

For the future product: when you connect CRM, mailbox, or prospect data, you are the controller and Kuron acts as processor, subject to a signed DPA and order form.

Process personal data only on documented instructions.

Ensure personnel confidentiality, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, and flow down obligations to subprocessors.

Assist with data subject requests, security incidents, and deletion/return at end of service, as required by applicable law (including GDPR where it applies).
